Dear Captain / Secretary / Committee Member,

2^nd half Revised Fixtures

For the Closed Championship week

& the Easter Holiday’s fortnight.

Unfortunately, the Fixture Chart, in our 2007-8 Handbook, denotes the wrong weeks for our “Closed Championship’s week” and the “Easter Fortnight”.

Jayne, Janet and I, agreed all pages of our Handbook: everything was checked, correct and ready for printing. Unfortunately a previous version of the Fixture charts (from my P. C.) was used for printing: a lesson to be learned and I accept sole responsibility for this mistake.

I attach herewith, the revised “Fixtures” pages for the second half of the season. Hopefully all teams will be able to complete their fixtures as amended, but if any team has a problem, due to this error, then postponements will be allowed: hopefully there won’t be too many.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.
