Player Registration Forms - 2006-7
I enclose herewith, your Players Registration Forms
for your current players.
Ø It
is now an ETTA request that all Players complete a Registration Form.
Ø These
forms already include some of your players’ details and should there will be
any changes, please ask your players to amend as necessary.
Ø If
you have new players, please use the Blank Form I have enclosed and take a
photocopy of it for your future use.
Ø Please
ensure that these are returned to me
by the 31st August or, at the latest, by the Captain’s Meeting to be held on Monday, the 11th
September at Rawreth commencing at 8.00.
Ø No
Player will be eligible to play in Southend next season, unless they have sent
in a completed Player Registration Form, before they play.
